The Parentesi ceiling to floor suspension lamp by achille castiglioni and pio manzu (1970) is part of the permanent collection at the museum of modern art, New York. This directional lamp swivels and is also height adjustable. The bracket for the lamp holder is kept in place by wire tension created between floor and ceiling.
