Eames Plastic Side Chair is a contemporary version of the legendary Fiberglass Chair. It was produced in collaboration with Zenith Plastics for the Museum of Modern Art in New York's Low-Cost Furniture Design Competition and was the first industrially manufactured plastic chair.

Materials: polypropylene seat shell, dyed through, base maple.

COPY WATCH: We only sell genuine authorised original Eames. Most copies in the Eames plastic chair range have a shiny high gloss seat, whereas the originals have a matt surface. Also, the genuine chairs have a dyed-through polyproplene seat so the colour does not fade.�

The chair comes with hard glides fitted as standard. If you prefer felt glides fitted onto your chair(s) to protect a hard floor please call or email when ordering.
