We use our own vans and delivery staff where possible, and for deliveries further afield we use a courier service. Once your furniture is ready to be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a suitable day (Monday to Friday). If we are using our own vans and staff, we will specify a time window of two hours. Courier deliveries will be between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You may upgrade the courier service to a morning or afternoon delivery, for an additional charge . Please telephone us to arrange this.

Delivery charges are as follows for UK mainland*** deliveries:

£25 for chairs and side tables
*£55 for dining tables, 4 or more chairs and sofas (two-person delivery); or **£150 for delivery above ground floor (four-person delivery). This has to be requested by speaking to us.
£4.95 to £8.95 (depending on size) for smaller items such as clocks & accessories (by signed-for post)

Or you can collect your goods from our Twickenham store free of charge. Please arrange this in advance to check your goods will be here. 

As part of our delivery service, we will install the furniture in your room of choice (if access is suitable) and remove all packaging.

* Please be aware that we are unable to install marble dining tables above the ground floor unless prior arrangements have been made with us. The standard two-men delivery charge of £55 covers delivery to a ground floor room only. If your dining room is above the ground floor four men are usually required and the total delivery & installation charge is £150. These tables are extremely heavy. For example the 198cm marble table is 148kg, which is crated for its protection. The use of a lift may be helpful but dimensions of the lift will be required and a site survey may be necessary. We are also able to ship furniture overseas. If you live outside the UK, please call or email to request a quotation for delivery. For larger items, our courier service is only able to deliver to a business address.

As part of our goal for excellent service we aim to deliver within 60 minutes either side of an agreed time window, however this is not a binding agreement, but is "best endeavours".

***Our courier charges an additional £40 and £52 for Northern Ireland and Highlands/channel/offshore islands respectively. Unfortunately we have no choice but to pass on these additional costs. If you have your own courier account and wish to arrange collection from us, please let us know.

International Deliveries
More than ever we are shipping our furniture overseas. We have good relationships with International couriers, who are fully insured for loss or damage. For countries in the Asia Pacific region it can be extremely competitive if you are purchasing a number of items (usually at least £5,000), which will be individually boxed and put into a large crate.  Our customers tell us they save around 25% buying from us, even after factoring in the shipping costs. We can liaise with the shipping company for you, giving them all the information required for a competitive quotation. Some of the recent places we have sent furniture: South Australia; M.A, USA, Copenhagen, Catalonia, Paris and Marseilles, Munich, and Amsterdam.
