Lightweight and stackable, Series 7 offers exceptional versatility with options including armrests, castors, and a wide range of colours, finishes, veneers, fabrics, and leather upholstery. As the most sold chair in Fritz Hansen history, it combines timeless aesthetics with practical functionality, making it suitable for homes, offices, and public spaces. The four-legged stackable chair can be seen as the culmination of the use of the lamination technique. A technique refined to perfection during the Twenties and Thirties by Sren C. Hansen, the grandson of the founder, Fritz Hansen. The visionary Arne Jacobsen exploited the possibilities of lamination to perfection resulting in the iconic shape of the chair.
