"If only all companies were like the Couch Potato Company. These guys (and girls) are great. For years I've been after an Eames Lounge chair and I've been firing questions to them for most of this time whilst I tried to justify the investment. I cannot thank them enough for their support and patience, and I'm so pleased that I spent that little bit more on an original vs a reproduction. The advice is honest, and there is no pressure put on you at any time. They understand that you are buying an item for life, and it felt that it was just as important to them that I loved my new chair as it did to me. It took me over 2 years to decide to make a purchase, but that did not stop me asking questions and I always got a prompt and informed reply.

I did, and I'm better for it (both in owning the item I wanted and the price I ended up paying). They even set the chair up when they delivered it. Highly recommended."
