The AM Chair was designed by Alberto Meda in 2016 for Vitra, and is the combined result of engineering skill, quality design and years of experience. Its ergonomic design features dynamic armrests and a height-adjustable back that ensure this chair is comfortable and flexible. The slender plastic frame and translucent mesh cover keep the chair light and simple, enabling it to blend in to its surroundings. The AM's clever mechanism responds automatically to the user's weight, and simple, intuitive controls can be used for additional fine-tuning. The soft upholstered, perfectly moulded seat is very comfortable from the moment one sits down, and throughout the working day.

With many adjustment options, the AM Chair is an ideal task chair for long sitting periods at a permanent desk, but it is also well suited for flexible workstations with frequently changing users.
