The Florence Knoll Relax 3-seater sofa from Knoll is a new version of the classic design, now with improved comfort. The traditional structure of the sofa remains, giving testament to the iconic design. Choose from a huge range of fabrics and leathers, in a massive colour palette to suit your interior. Seat and back cushions are finished with buttons on leather upholstery, and without buttons for all fabric versions. There is a co-ordinating two seat sofa and armchair, as well as benches in two sizes.

As well as commissioning furniture from her Cranbrook colleagues she designed her own furniture, modestly calling it the fill-in pieces that nobody else was doing, while Eero and Bertoia did the star pieces. But it was the simple, elegant design of her fill-in pieces has allowed them to stand the test of time, just like the statement pieces of her contemporaries.

Construction
Inner frame is solid wood.
Exposed metal frame and legs constructed of heavy gauge tubular steel.
Seat suspension with No-Sag springs.
Arm, seat and back cushions are variable density foam welted and button tufted.
Pieces upholstered in leather have matching buttons; pieces upholstered in fabric do not have buttons.

Finishes
Metal frame finish available in either polished chrome or satin chrome.
Upholstery available in a range of fabric or Spinneybeck leather. This product is available with foam that meets requirements for BS5852.
